I loved the flexibility the major had to fit my own personal interest and the skill I learned would be transferable to any industry.
Describe your internship and your role:
As a Digital Intern at Zeno Group, Inc. is was able to:
- Assist with daily community management for multiple clients in industry ranging from pharmaceutical, beauty, and travel on their social channels
- Capture social content for clients at live events and worked with brand ambassadors / photographers to direct and stage produce shoots
- Draft social posts for clients content calendars
- Update social post tracking documents with performance metrics and gathered insights used in daily / monthly reporting
- Conduct research and social listening on current social media trends to inform weekly client-facing reports and client planning decks
What is one skill that you improved upon while at your internship?
Collaborating on a larger scale team to achieve client goals and confidence in approaching new experiences.
